The enquiry forms collect your name, work email, organisation, role and whatever you choose to tell us, so a person can answer you. Nothing about your device is recorded, and a marketing preference is asked separately and never assumed.
Inside the application
Access is governed by organisation, position, stated purpose, data classification and time-bound authorisation, and every read of classified content is recorded. Signing in here grants nothing on the public site, and vice versa.
Keeping it, and getting it back
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as our agreement with your organisation requires. Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion and we will act on it — the route is your named contact, or the address on your agreement.
